00:13Nadu seems like a very clear no.

00:18And Charles Allen has come out as a very clear no.

00:21So that's six.

00:22That leaves six more possibles.

00:28Maloney, who knows things in this world.

00:37Guess what he set the total at for yes votes.

00:40He did a straight, like, over-under, Vegas-style, baby.

01:09You know, one person always leaves himself to where he doesn't look like he was saying something wrong or he changed his mind.

01:36Eric Flack covers D.C. politics and is saying you can count this dude, count Parker's vote as a yes now.

01:58Council Chairman Phil Mendelsohn has three options.

02:01Be known forever for killing the stadium deal and reaffirming D.C.'s not business friendly reputation.

02:07Agree with Bowser and get the legislation done.

02:10Muck up things such that Congress grows weary of this BS and intervenes like.

02:15I think there's going to be a lot of grandstanding.

02:23And I think.

02:25All the people that say.

02:27They grandstand.

02:29If it goes.

02:30Back to where it is now.

02:35And all that stuff get built up around there.

02:37And people start frequenting over there more than they do going to D.C.

02:42What are they going to say?
