00:00Typically, you'd say to yourself, like, ooh, two aces on the mound.
00:03Not really the case this season.
00:04Zach Gallin threw 27 and a third innings pitch, an ERA of 5.60.
00:09Now, his XFIP number is a little bit lower at 4.42.
00:12But then you sort of slide up and say, well, what's going on with Chris Sale?
00:1523 and a third innings pitch for him, a 6.17 ERA, but a 3.28 XFIP.
00:21So he's getting a little bit unlucky at this point.
00:23But two guys that normally lock it down, not looking so great.
00:26Look at the sides, a minus 126 favorite for the road team here.
00:30Atlanta has grown slightly to minus 134.
00:33You take a look across the board, minus 135s out there as well.
00:36A total of eight and a half.
00:37Two ace pitchers not necessarily dealing this year like aces, Joe.
00:43Yeah, it's interesting, too, because we all know how bad Atlanta started this season, right?
00:48Well, Arizona wasn't exactly great either.
00:51But both teams seem to have settled down a great homestand for Atlanta.
00:57I think they doubled their wins, right?
00:59They went five and one at home against the Twins and against the Cardinals.
01:03But now we got to go on the road.
01:05And Zach Gallin has always been a guy that has been better at home than he has been on the road.
01:10But he is just not.
01:12He's not missing a lot of bats so far this year, Donnie, which has gotten him into trouble here.
01:18But Corbin Carroll is an absolute monster.
01:23I believe he's leading the National League in home runs right now at nine.
01:27And he has just been on a tear.
01:30So although you have both number ones on the mound, I feel like I got to give the advantage
01:35to the home dog here in Arizona.
01:39I think both have questionable bullpens for right now.
01:43But I like the way Arizona at home is swinging the bat right now.
