00:22 Merrill Kelly, by the way, even with the stuff he said about

00:27 the World Baseball Classic versus Citizens Bank Ballpark,

00:30 he actually was okay the last time he pitched.

00:33 Zach Allen, unfortunately, my guy Zach got beat up a little bit.

00:37 Still one of my favorite guys, one of my favorite pitchers, but I don't know, Ryan.

00:41 I understand the line has to be made under 200 because it is a postseason game.

00:47 And as you said, the Diamondbacks will fight, they fight in every game.

00:50 But I just don't see it happening.

00:52 I think Philadelphia is headed to the World Series tonight.

00:55 >> Yeah, I mean, they're so good.

00:56 They hit so many home runs at that ballpark.

00:58 That's the thing, I mean, Zach Allen pitched really well with the exception of

01:02 what five home run pitches that he gave up.

01:04 And I think they were all solo shots too.

01:06 So he didn't let anything spiral away from them.

01:09 They just, these Phillies hit home runs.

01:12 They've played 11 games in the postseason so far, and they've hit 23 home runs.

01:16 I mean, that's kind of incredible numbers.

01:18 It's more than two home runs a game in the postseason.

01:21 That just doesn't happen.

01:22 I mean, I think the record for a postseason back in 2020,

01:26 when we had the expanded playoffs scenario, the Rays hit 34 home runs in 20 games.

01:31 So a ratio that's not the same as what Philly's been doing so far this year.

01:35 And at Citizens Bank Park, it's just been incredible what they've done.

01:38 I think they have 17 of the 23 home runs at home so far.

01:42 And I mean, it's tough to navigate this lineup because there's just,

01:47 there are no breaks.

01:48 I mean, there are five guys in that Philly lineup that have at least three home

01:51 runs this year.

01:52 So these guys can beat you all up and down.

01:55 And with Aaron Nola throwing, it feels like if you get more than two or

02:01 three runs, that's probably going to be it.

02:04 Kind of a curiosity whether we'll see Craig Kimbrell throw in this game late,

02:08 if it means anything for the Phillies.

02:10 I would bet maybe that they don't.

02:14 After an off day to kind of get Jose Alvarado back to full rest and

02:18 other guys that day at rest with the way that Kimbrell just didn't get the job

02:21 done in Arizona.

02:22 I mean, if he pitches like they expect him to, this series is not continuing.

02:27 It's not happening back in Philly, but he struggled.

02:30 So will he get another chance or does he kind of get relegated?

02:33 I mean, remember in 18 when he was Boston's closer, he wasn't on the mound for

02:37 the biggest moments for the Red Sox to kind of clinch out that World Series win

02:41 against the Dodgers.

02:42 So did the Phillies take kind of a similar situation?

02:45 That's one, it's not the primary plot, but that's kind of a subplot.
