00:00This team seem to want to get a lot of character guys.

00:03What type of person is he?

00:06Top of the list.

00:08And, look, I'm not a fan.

00:09I'm not from here.

00:10I didn't go to school here.

00:12I'm not some homer at all.

00:14No, this is a guy who you hear from everybody in the room.

00:18You hear from every coach.

00:19You hear from every teammate about.

00:21You hear things like cerebral from an offensive lineman.

00:24You hear about how much extra time he's spending.

00:26You hear from the offensive coordinator here, Will Stein, and Dan Lanning,

00:29that Josh could play almost any position athletically gifted enough

00:34to where he could play almost any position on the field.

00:36And the OC says even quarterback, they're not kidding.

00:39By way of understanding of the offense, yeah, like he spends that much more time.

00:46He cares to know that much more about everything that's going on,

00:50not just his blocking assignment.

00:52And he can say, well, he overloads himself.

00:54No, no, no.

00:55He wants to understand the game at that level.

00:58He cares about it at that level.

01:01He cares about his craft at that level.

01:03And then he added the character bits and all the rest.

01:06Now this is, like I say, from all accounts, really an upstanding young man

01:10and really an upstanding football player.

01:12Wow.

01:13All right.

01:13This is a serious endorsement for this young man.

01:18Also super durable, right?

01:20Hasn't missed a game in three years?

01:22Yeah.

01:23Yeah.

01:24Like I say, now it helps to be his size, too.

01:26Sure.

01:27Yeah, sure.

01:28He's usually the one inflicting the pain and the damage.

01:31But, yeah, or walling it off from two Heisman finalists quarterbacks.

01:35That helps.

01:36But, yeah, now he's been, like I say, they created a personnel package for him

01:40as a freshman, got him out there a whole bunch when they could.

01:43And for that matter, not just, like I mentioned, the touchdown catch,

01:45which was amusing, but also ran him out there as a two-point conversion

01:48as a running back.

01:49Wow.

01:50And had him, you know, which, again, hard to stop a man that size

01:53in short yardage.

01:55So it wasn't quite the push-push, but, you know,

01:58they could have to come up with another name for it.

01:59But, yeah, they found out different ways to get him the ball.

02:03And it worked.

02:05You know, it worked out well.

02:06So, no, like I say, really athletically gifted.

02:09And, look, I'm not going to say raw by any stretch of the imagination

02:12as a lineman, but does he still have room to grow?

02:15Absolutely.

02:16And I know everybody is going to way freak out about the one rep

02:21at the Senior Bowl at right tackle against the nation's leader in sacks.

02:24It was his first rep at right tackle, not just of the day,

02:27I think in years, because he was a left tackle here.

02:32And I know, by the way, like one rep later,

02:34then he stonewalled Mike Green.

02:35That's good.
