00:01I don't know if you talked to Jason at all.

00:08I think Jason would have gone on one staff.

00:13Super nice guy.

00:14I've met him a couple times.

00:15Talked to him a couple times.

00:16Little red.

00:17Yeah, and obviously he did the bulk of his coaching in Dallas.

00:22He and Dan Quinn were assistants together in Miami like 20 years ago,

00:26and they're clearly still close friends.

00:28And I got to talk to Jason for a minute as he was leaving the field.

00:33And when Josh Harris bought the team and they were going through the process,

00:37right, all I said over and over and over was organizational alignment.

00:41I want the owner to hire the GM, to hire the coach,

00:44and everybody to be on board and pick your quarterback.

00:47And they did it.

00:48And you see what that alignment can do for an organization.

00:52Now, we've only seen the ups.

00:54Eventually, downs will come.

00:55And that alignment is more important in the downs than it is in the ups.

00:59Yeah.

00:59Because everybody understands the direction this thing is going and why they want it to be that way.

01:04When things are going good, it's not hard to get people on board.

01:08When things are going bad, you find out who's really about that life.

01:12For sure.

01:13And I think Jason Garrett, I just asked him, hey, you know, you've been around a lot of teams.

01:21Like, how do you think this team is operating?

01:24And he said, he's like, they've nailed it.

01:26When you have, he brought up the alignment on his own.

01:29Like, when you're young.

01:30Like, how do you think this team is looking at this team?

01:31I will be helping you with the message to your Ground?

01:35Nice.

01:36So, how do you think this team is happening?

01:38It is in the league.
