00:00Right now, we're in the middle of our second date update, where we're trying to help Andrew get set back up on another date with Shauna.

00:06But this is a little different than normal second date updates.

00:09Well, yeah, because they've been hanging out for over like a month.

00:12He's already at the point where he texts her right away in the morning.

00:16He texts her at night before he goes to bed.

00:18And he said everything was going good.

00:19They've shared a couple of kisses.

00:22But things have just dropped off.

00:24Like, weird.

00:25So, Kevin was able to get her on the phone for us.

00:28And we have her on hold.

00:29Let's bring her back on right now.

00:31Shauna, are you there?

00:36I know this is weird.

00:37But we wanted to talk to you about this guy, Andrew.

01:19And I wanted, like, a little bit of time to think about it.

01:59Because, like, I haven't met this kid.

02:10So, I just found it, like, super inappropriate and, like, that it was overstepping.

03:18I mean, we've been texting for a month and, yeah, he hadn't met my son yet, but I was going

03:23to introduce you guys and, you know, I mean, I was gone for just a couple hours.

03:28Like, he could have just took him to get some ice cream and that's it.

03:32Yeah, but, like, that's not the way, right?

03:35Like, the first time you meet someone's kid when you're dating, like, you should be there.

03:39Because, like, yeah, we've been seeing each other a month, but, like, you don't know me.

03:43And you're just going to leave me with your kid?

03:45Like, I'm not your babysitter and I don't know your kid.

03:49Well, I'm telling you, you guys would have got along just fine and I was kind of in a

03:54bind and had no one to watch him, so I just figured I'd talk to somebody that, you know,

04:00at least I know you better than a trouble stranger.

04:01Not having someone to watch is not my problem.

04:04That's something you need to figure out.

04:06Well, yeah, but, I mean, like, normally he'd be with his mom, but she just wasn't available

04:12and she wasn't, like, you know, being helpful, so, you know, I just wish out to you.

04:16But, again, it's just not my problem and it is, like, super inappropriate to ask.

04:23Yeah, Andrew, it is kind of a big thing to ask somebody that has not met him, for one,

04:29and also, you know, you guys still are pretty early on in your dating life here.

04:34Yeah, I mean, I guess.

04:36I just, it's like we had been talking well enough and everything was going fine.

04:40I mean, I guess just my level of trust was higher at this point, so I didn't, and like

04:46I said, it's not like I was gone all day.

04:48It was just, like, literally a couple of hours.

04:51Like, I reached out to a lot of people, honestly, you know?

04:54So he was in a bind.

04:55He asked her to watch his kid for a couple hours.

04:59Yeah, no, it just really rubbed me the wrong way.

05:01And, like, I just see how this is going to go, right?

05:05Like, I see me becoming a de facto babysitter.

05:08Like, I've got a lot going on.

05:10It's just not something that I can do.

05:13Is this going to be a deal breaker for you, though?

05:15I mean, or if Andrew understands that boundary, would you be willing to go back out with him?

06:16He probably sits and plays on an iPad all day anyway, you know.

06:21Just an adult to be there.
