00:06It's funny, because when I first got into country radio,

00:09my first country show was your show.

00:12I introduced you on stage.

00:14Where were we?

00:15We were in Olean, New York.

00:16No, Cattaraugus County Fair in Western New York.

00:18Wow, okay.

00:19Yes.

00:20Was it a daytime event?

00:21It was a nighttime fair show.

00:22A nighttime fair show.

00:23We took a picture together, and we had a pig mascot,

00:26so it's me, you, and a giant pig.

00:28All right.

00:30Like a mascot uniform?

00:31Yeah, I was the pig at some point,

00:33but then I took it off so I could take a picture of Dustin Lynch.

00:35Got it, got it, got it.

00:36So I could have it from my memories.

00:37Lots of likes on Instagram.

00:38Fun.

00:39I saw you at Tidal Wave this summer.

00:40Yes.

00:41It was incredible.

00:42I was like, okay, so I saw you early on,

00:45and then this new show, A Ton of Fog Machines, which I loved.

00:49Yep.

00:50But the videos behind you, the bar set, I mean,

00:54when you're creating music, you also say like,

00:56oh, what's the stage show going on?

00:58Oh, for sure, yeah.

00:59And that's where we're at right now.

01:00The tour's wrapping up.

01:01We've got some charity events to do the rest of the year,

01:03but we're already diving in on what's next year's tour look like

01:06because we're hitting the road early.

01:07I think we're doing 50 cities before Memorial Day next year.

01:11Wow.

01:12So, yeah, going out on tour first thing,

01:14and if anybody wants to road trip, come see us.

01:16But, yeah, we're already working on what that looks like.

01:18So we're at Tidal Wave, and I see Mackenzie Porter on the side stage,

01:23and then you're about two hours later, and I go,

01:26I think it's happening.

01:28My friends are freaking out.

01:29It doesn't happen often that you're with Mackenzie.

01:31No.

01:32Probably just a handful of times.

01:33How special is that when you can finally sing with her on stage?

01:35Oh, thank God, man.

01:36I mean, I can't sing like Mackenzie, so usually get to the second verse.

01:39It was a bit of a, okay, how did we get through this before everybody knew it?

01:43Yeah.

01:44Now that everybody knows it, I just pitched to the crowd,

01:45so they got me through it.

01:46But all the ladies in the crowd helped me out.

01:48But, yeah, having Mackenzie out there is just an incredible memory.

01:52We know there's a finite amount of how many times we'll get to do that

01:55in our careers together.

01:56Yeah.

01:57So it's really special when we get to.

01:58New album, Kill the Cowboy.

01:59It's incredible.

02:03We drove 14 hours.
