00:00all right trying to help out michelle today it's kind of the date that never really took off for

00:04her because she's kind of uh bummed out because they did hang out but he brought it up like let's

00:10hang out again and that never happened all right let's try to call uh daniel right now see if we

00:43well everybody asks that do they win something um maybe actually we want to see if we could talk

00:49to you actually for a couple minutes on the air and it's about a woman who is really into you

00:55uh sure okay i appreciate that uh we want to talk to you about this girl michelle we heard that you

01:02guys went to a very you know went on a very casual date to panera and she said that you brought up

01:08the uh the subject of going out on a more formal date but that second date and that formal date has

01:14not happened and now she can't get a hold of you and wants to know what's going on so we're just

01:18trying to figure out why you haven't gotten back to michelle did michelle mention the survey

01:23survey yeah she didn't she didn't bring up the uh the questionnaire she sent around uh no we didn't

01:30hear about that what was on this questionnaire um everything was going good we were texting back

01:35and forth pretty casually and just throwing out the like wouldn't it be great if you just knew

01:40everything about someone up front right thought she was kind of joking and then she sent me a link

01:47to an actual questionnaire and again i responded with are you joking and uh and she wasn't what kind

01:55of questions were on this questionnaire just really invasive up front stuff like are your parents

02:01still alive how much debt are you in do you want kids do you like kids what's your criminal but it

02:10was like a really invasive almost job application i don't know really put me off i yeah so i deleted

02:16that and i deleted her number oh you didn't even fill out fill it out no okay so this was like a i guess

02:25like a compatibility test or like a personality test or this is just i don't like questions it was

02:31almost like an interrogation i mean like isn't that whole point of dating is to get to know someone not

02:37to fill out a test and help you pass yes i agree with that and so these questions are just personal

02:43and obviously turned you off quite a bit yeah i mean it was like how much money did my parents make

02:50yeah i don't know yeah that's interesting that's a weird one okay well i would see why you would not

02:58get back to somebody over that because that would be a lot really quickly um listen daniel i know you

03:03deleted michelle's number but if you're wondering how we got yours we got it from her and i'd like to

03:09bring her back on with us because we have her on the phone michelle hey yeah what's going on with

03:14this test thing is this true um yeah there is there is a questionnaire i mean why would you want

03:20to go on like tens of dates and spend all this money and then finding out that there's like these

03:27huge deal breakers that finally come up and then you're like well back to the starting board i mean

03:32like it just seems easier if you know some of that stuff up front it's not like everything's a deal

03:37breaker but like you know you start to get like if there's like eight red flags on someone's

03:41questionnaire then why waste your time you know has this worked with other guys um i've had a

03:48couple people fill it out but like you know it's just something new that i've been trying maybe i'm

03:54too old school i'm a bit more romantic but like that just seems too clinical to me maybe it doesn't

04:01work out in the long run for whatever reason but to fill out a test before you even start just seems

04:07i don't know takes any of the magic out of it and then you have a person with a questionnaire about

04:12really personal stuff like let's say you break up now you have all this info on me my my credit score

04:17and my hey michelle where did you get this test is this something that you came up with or

04:23um it was just like a few friends of mine who are also in the dating scene and then my therapist like

04:30all kind of you know put some things together of like these are the things that most likely come up

04:35that seem to be deal breakers so that's kind of how it came about so you put this together all right

04:40got it are your are your parents really wealthy or maybe well known or is there like i'm thinking

04:47maybe she would have to do like a prenup or something that's maybe this is coming from a family stuff

04:51no no okay you know like i've i've been dating for so long i've gone on so many dates with so many

04:58people and you know it's like date three i'll find out that they're you know in 10 or in like a

05:06hundred thousand or more of debt or i'll find out that you know they have a prison record or you know

05:12just things it's so hard to find somebody and there's so many people you can you know this is

05:19efficient and it also like yeah he says he's a romantic but like to me there's there's nothing

05:24romantic about like falling for someone who is then like trouble okay um i'm gonna see if i can

05:31help you out here what if daniel michelle were to uh leave the questionnaire at home i mean would you

05:37be willing to hang out with her again i mean even if she leaves the questionnaire at home she now has

05:42the questions in her head and that's gonna get weaseled into a conversation one way or another

05:46yeah again i don't need to give you my credit score after a first date that's insane

05:51okay michelle um you did say that some people have filled this out before so obviously there's

05:58gonna be somebody out there that might be you know okay with this it's just not gonna be daniel

06:02yeah i mean i guess that's better that i know now because i you know i have friends who got

06:08themselves like married and then found out like he has another family or like he's you know got

06:15is that one of the questions who's gonna answer that honestly on a question right like oh yeah by

06:23the way i have three kids uh at a secret life like that's the whole point of a secret life

06:28secret you're not oh got it got it got it um all right michelle well thanks for reaching out

06:38nothing thank you i'm weirded out right now that is very strange efficient i can see

06:45efficient well i'm i think she it sounds like she's been in the dating scene a long time and

06:50she's just kind of getting fed up doesn't sound like she's up and she's like this is the best thing

06:55and i'm like yeah this is best when you describe your dating life as efficient that's usually not a
