00:17All right, it is First Responder Friday. We have Carrie on the phone this morning.

00:21Good morning, Carrie. How are you doing?

00:22I'm doing good. How are you?

00:23We're doing great. We're so glad you reached out to us.

00:25You are nominating your friend Ashley for First Responder Friday.

00:29Tell us about Ashley. What does she do and a little bit about her?

00:33Yeah, so she is a Pasco County Sheriff.

00:35She just became one probably a year or two ago.

00:39She put herself through school, and she is also a full-time mom.

00:43Oh, wow. It says you're a new mom. How old's the baby?

00:46I believe he's one, maybe two.

00:49That's a lot going on then for sure, huh?

00:51Oh, my gosh.

00:52Yes, definitely.

00:54She's fantastic. She never complains.

00:56She's always on her toes, and she definitely keeps her mom on her toes, too.

01:01Now, how long have you all been friends for?

01:03So, when I moved to Florida, she's actually my next-door neighbor.

01:07Oh.

01:07So, I've known her for about 12 to 13 years now.

01:10So, what do you think inspired her to go into law enforcement?

01:13She's always had a great heart.

01:14She's always wanted to help her community, and she's always wanted to help anybody around her that she could.

01:19I love that she decided, you know what, I'm going to do something different.

01:22I'm going to go into a career that she's fulfilled by.

01:25We love hearing about Ashley.

01:26All right, Carrie.

01:27So, you guys are hanging out.

01:28What do you guys do for fun?

01:30I mean, we take care of the baby.

01:31We have fun with the baby.

01:33Gotta love that.

01:34And it must be nice having your friend next door who is a Pasco County Sheriff.

01:38I mean, you feel a little safe in the neighborhood, huh?

01:40Oh, without a doubt.

01:41Especially being next door to my parents' house.

01:43I know my parents are always in state fans.

01:44Now, do you guys hit her up often to get some information or help with some things?

01:50I mean, would it be okay with that?

01:53I mean, we always have her next door, so of course we call her anytime something's going on.

01:57Right.

01:58Hey, do you think we can get some backup over here?
