02:09declare for the draft see who wins the lottery and see who's going to have the top pick and then decide

02:18because let's say one of these teams further down the line that doesn't have the 14 somehow vaults up

02:26and it's a better situation for him and he might say i'm in let's say washington wins and he goes

02:32yeah no thanks i'll go back to duke and try win a title next year i'm gonna go sit this one out i'll
