00:00The disdain of Maya Sandu's regime for Russia has reached new levels.
00:04While top officials are constantly talking about their fears of Moscow planning to invade
00:10or interfere in their business, it is their country being used as a breeding and training
00:17ground for terrorists against Russia.
00:20It's hard to believe that Moldovan special services are unaware of it.
00:24This raises the question if they were actually aiding them.
00:27Now here's one of those terrorists, a Moldovan with the codename Max.
00:32He was caught red-handed trying to import explosives into the country.
00:37Max drove from Moldova to Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and finally into
00:45Russia, where he was caught by the Federal Security Service.
00:49Apparently, he got the assignment and the codename from the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine
00:55at the end of 2023.
00:57That's after fighting for a year alongside Ukrainian forces in the city of Artemovsk, also known
01:04as Bakhmut.
01:05I was recruited by Ukraine's main intelligence directorate in January 2023 to conduct missions
01:12in Russia.
01:13I was told to buy a car.
01:15Then they gave me explosive devices in Moldova.
01:18I came to Russia and started my training in accordance with my cover story.
01:23Then they told me to bury one of the devices in Volgograd and also maybe in Saratov.
01:29Plus, they said they would give me a gun.
01:31I don't know where or when to kill someone.
01:34I don't know who.
01:36They gave him a specific car, a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, because it has two batteries,
01:41so they could use one to hide the explosives.
01:44Now, it's almost impossible to detect them with an x-ray machine.
01:48And he was promised $10,000 for the job.
01:52It's pretty clear that the defense intelligence of Ukraine feels quite comfortable and at home
02:01in Moldova, recruiting Moldovans and even foreigners right under the government's nose,
02:07like these two Russian citizens who fled their country after the special military operation
02:13began.
02:14One wanted some extra cash after fleeing from mobilization, and the other one was threatened
02:20that her relatives in Ukraine would be harmed if she didn't obey their orders.
02:25And it was in Moldova that these two were trained.
02:29After passing a lie detector test in Chisinau, they were sent to Russia to commit acts of sabotage
02:36and terrorism.
02:38Okrushko got a job at an oil refinery where he planted three explosive devices and fled.
02:44The FSB caught him at the border with Kazakhstan.
02:48It was autumn in Chisinau, Moldova, when a man approached me at a bus stop and introduced
02:54himself as Alexander.
02:55We started chatting.
02:56I told him about problems I had, and he said he might be able to help.
03:00I got an offer to go to Russia and land a job at some serious recycling facility,
03:04as I'm an electrician, to monitor and gather information.
03:08An oil plant in Samara was looking for someone to do wiring work, so I was sent there.
03:12I rented a car and through some coordinates, I picked up an explosive and smuggled it into
03:17the plant.
03:18Then I set the charge, but the bomb went off almost immediately.
03:21It didn't follow the timer.
03:23I tried to escape to Turkey.
03:24I was told others got $30,000 for that.
03:28The first explosion didn't cause significant damage, and he confessed about the other two
03:32explosives, so they were neutralized before the timers went off.
03:36Moldovans have also been involved in the transportation of improvised explosive devices
03:46hidden in icons and church candlesticks.
03:49Once again, the cargo went through Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, and Latvia before
03:57arriving in Russia, where authorities were told that Moldovans were expecting it.
04:02Well, that inspection resulted in the seizure of 70 kilograms of industrially manufactured
04:08high-yield plastic explosives, 91 electric detonators, and parts of an RPG-7, a handheld
04:17anti-tank grenade launcher.
04:22There's more.
04:23A Moldovan citizen who was incarcerated in Ukraine for theft would go on to become one of their
04:30special agents.
04:31When Russia liberated Kherson, Kurdoglu was moved to Crimea, where he finished his sentence.
04:38Upon release, he reached out to Ukrainian special services online and became one of their
04:45agents.
04:46His tasks were to collect and send information, including photos and videos regarding the locations
04:53of Russian military equipment and air defense positions, transport facilities, and energy
04:59infrastructure of Crimea, as well as the results of missile strikes.
05:06He introduced himself as Alexander from Ukrainian intelligence.
05:09The first task was to film a Ukrainian strike on a train ferry.
05:13After that, he called me to transfer coordinates for a serious task.
05:17I went there and found an explosive device, then I reburied it.
05:21The handler told me that he would explain how to operate it during a video call, and then
05:24I would have to bring the bomb to a pumping station and put it under a bridge.
05:28After that, I would have six hours to leave Kerch.
05:31I went to a railway station in Simferopol to take pictures of military vehicles to send
05:37them to him, and the Russian security service detained me there.
05:40Moldova is also suspected of protecting a man believed to be behind the killing of the founder
05:49of the Arbat battalion fighting against Ukrainian forces.
05:53It took place in Moscow in broad daylight, and one of the organizers of the assassination,
06:00an Armenian citizen, is believed to have fled Moscow back to his country and from there
06:05to the Moldovan capital.
06:07He presented an invitation from a Moldovan citizen at the airport and proceeded to meet
06:13a man at a gas station.
06:15They had a conversation and then left.
06:18Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs sent a request to Moldova's law enforcement agencies
06:23about this man and another individual, but got nothing back.
06:28Their silence suggests they don't mind harboring terrorists whose target is Russia.
06:33The number of Moldovan citizens being used in terror attacks against Russia is growing, yet
06:42the Moldovan government is doing nothing about it.
06:46This is what they do instead.
06:49In recent years, the Russian Federation has undertaken several destabilizing actions on
06:54the Dniester's right bank and has tried each time to involve the Tiraspol regime.
07:00What is happening now is a form of pressure with the involvement of Tiraspol.
07:04This is not the first time we have faced these situations.
07:08The citizens of Moldova have endured blows from the Russian Federation when it confronted
07:12us with a blockade of wine and fruit exports.
07:15We have also had situations with the use of energy supplies as blackmail.
07:19Those who want Moldova to fail are no longer limited to lies and propaganda, but are taking
07:27action.
07:29In the midst of winter, over 300,000 citizens from the left bank of the Dniester were left
07:35in darkness and cold with an intention of provoking revolts and discontent.
07:40But together with our European friends, we found solutions and we agreed on a security strategy
07:47that for two years will reduce Moldova's dependence on Russian energy resources to zero.
07:54Moldova can build a European future at home.
07:58And they're using these delusions to justify building a NATO base as well as deployment points
08:04for foreign military personnel.
08:06And it's all been sponsored by their foreign partners, eager for them to purchase as many
08:13weapons as possible, with training provided according to NATO standards, of course.
08:19And it's all part of the Moldovan government's shift to the West.
08:23Let's not forget how quickly they declared a state of emergency on the day the Russia-Ukraine
08:29conflict began, extending it until the end of 2023.
08:34During that time, the government used its power to incorporate sweeping surveillance on all
08:40of its citizens.
08:41It's interesting how they didn't pick up on Ukrainian special services recruiting their
08:46citizens in that case.
08:48And maybe that's because they were in on it, as well as, of course, being busy arresting
08:53opposition politicians and shutting down media, including Russian language content and news
09:00websites.
09:00There are no direct flights anymore.
09:03Russian schools and kindergartens were shot down.
09:06And anyone seen to have a pro-Russian stance is deemed undesirable.
09:11The government says nothing when Soviet memorials are vandalized, while some even encourage the removal of all such
09:19statues.
09:19Russian officials are no longer invited to attend events honoring Russia's contribution to free
09:25their people from the Nazis.
09:27In fact, they are now glorifying those who fought alongside the Nazis, all with the apparent
09:33help of Moldova's special services.
09:37Moldova's history is being rewritten before our eyes.
09:40One after another, they are installing monuments to the soldiers of the Romanian army who fought
09:46on the side of Hitler's Germany and brought death and suffering to our land.
09:50Now we see how the current authorities in Chisinau are literally destroying their own cultural
09:56identity.
09:58They're doing what Soviet soldiers did not allow them to do.
10:01Soviet soldiers defended Moldova in this ethnocultural identity.
10:04But the current Chisinau authorities are destroying Moldova's ethnocultural identity.
10:09They're rebranding Moldovans as Romanians, turning the Moldovan language into Romanian,
10:13and gradually, but sometimes simply bluntly, destroying the country as it is.
10:19That's how far the Moldovan government is willing to go for its European future.
10:24Maybe it's what they have to do in order to convince those who don't agree with them.
10:29After all, according to a poll, in 2024, over 60% of the country are against Russian sanctions.
10:37So maybe it's not surprising that they're allowing, or at the very least, not helping,
10:43catch individuals planning terrorist attacks against Russia.
10:47It's pretty clear that the Moldovan government is very eager to please the West in its quest
10:53to join the so-called cool club.
10:56But that cool club has started falling apart ever since Trump joined the party.
11:01Not only is Trump against Europe's pro-war rhetoric, but he also slapped everyone with higher tariffs.
11:09The tide is turning, and could eventually wash away anti-Russian propaganda as well.
11:15The question is, how deep will the Moldovan government be in its delusional suicide mission by then?
