00:00Well, thank you very much.
00:01It's an honor to have a friend of mine,
00:03because we went through this together and got along very well.
00:09How long do we have to answer this question from you?
00:12Why don't you just say,
00:13isn't it wonderful that we're keeping criminals out of our country?
00:16Why can't you just say that?
00:18Why do you go over and over?
00:20And that's why nobody watches you anymore.
00:23The man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador.
00:25Well, let me ask Pam, would you ask to answer that question?
00:29Sure, President.
00:30First and foremost, he was illegally in our country.
00:33He had been illegally in our country.
00:36And in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court,
00:42ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our country.
00:48Right now, it was a paperwork.
00:50It was additional paperwork that needed to be done.
00:53That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him.
00:57That's not up to us.
00:58The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return,
01:03and this is international matters, foreign affairs, if they wanted to return him,
01:08we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
01:12So will you return him, President?
01:13You are doing a great job.
01:16Mr. President, can you just also respond to that question?
01:20Because, you know, it's asked by CNN and they always ask it with a slant because they're
01:24totally slanting because they don't know what's happening.
01:27That's why nobody's watching them.
01:28But would you answer that question, El Salvador?
01:30Yes.
01:31Gladly.
01:32So, as Pam mentioned, there's an illegal alien from El Salvador.
01:37Two immigration courts found that he was a member of MS-13.
01:40When President Trump declared MS-13 to be a foreign terrorist organization, that meant
01:46that he was no longer eligible under federal law, which I'm sure you know, you're very
01:50familiar with the INA, that he was no longer eligible for any form of immigration relief
01:54in the United States.
01:55The ruling solely stated that if this individual, at El Salvador's sole discretion, was sent
02:01back to our country, that we could deport him a second time.
02:04No version of this legally ends up with him ever living here, because he is a citizen of
02:09El Salvador.
02:10That is the president of El Salvador.
02:12Your questions about it, per the court, can only be directed to him.
02:14I asked President Bukele, can President Bukele weigh in on this?
02:19Do you plan to return him?
02:20Well, I can.
02:21I'm not suggesting that I smuggle a terrorist into the United States, right?
02:26It's only you.
02:27How can I smuggle?
02:28How can I return him to the United States?
02:30It's like, if I smuggle him into the United States, of course, I'm not going to do it.
02:34It's like, I mean, the question is imposterous.
02:38How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?
02:41I don't have the power to return him to the United States.
02:44But you can release him inside of the United States.
02:46Yeah, but I'm not releasing, I mean, we're not very fond of releasing terrorism to our country.
02:50We just turned the murder capital of the world to the safest country in the Western atmosphere,
02:53and you want us to go back into the releasing criminals so we can go back to being the murder capital of the world.
02:59And that's not going to happen.
03:01Well, they'd love to have a criminal, you know, released into it.
03:04I mean, there's a fascination.
03:06They would love it.
03:07Yeah.
03:08These are sick people.
03:20They'll be fine.
