02:07Beautiful first, okay?

02:09Skin, etc.

02:11Work out every day or as much as you can.

02:14Eating healthy is very practical because it starts from within.

02:19I think if you work out consistently,

02:22even if it's not a hard workout,

02:24you're taking care of your body and that's going to show on the outside.

02:27It's the same with eating.

02:29Reduce carbs, reduce sugar.

02:32I'm not saying take it out totally,

02:34but it's good to eat healthy and then stop eating early.

02:38I try to stop eating at 7 p.m. so that I have time to digest.

02:43So you don't eat at 7 p.m.?

02:45I try not to.

02:46I try not to as much as possible.

02:48It's hard to be beautiful.
