00:19This is one of the longest projects I've been a part of.

00:25It's one of the projects I've enjoyed the most but at the same time, it was hard, frustrating, and stressful.

00:32But I promise, even though we revealed some secrets this week,

00:37there will be more in the last episode.

00:39You'll be surprised.

01:02Because you know, some people would say,

01:07What is this?

01:08Because there are a lot of mothers, a lot of young mothers who are watching our show and our conversation.

01:14Can you explain, Carla, what is this?

01:17Perimenopause is not menopause.

01:19It doesn't mean that perimenopause is the same as menopause.

01:23Of course, menopause comes at a certain age.

01:26Maybe when a woman is in her 50s.

01:30Perimenopause is basically when you have symptoms that are similar to menopause.

01:37But of course, you're not menopausal.

01:41Just like in terms of symptoms, maybe difficulty sleeping, moods, weight gain, irregular cycle.

01:53There are things like that.

01:55When put together, it's like menopausal.

01:59But of course, I'm still childbearing.

02:02I'm not menopausal yet.

02:04For example, there are symptoms that you mentioned.

02:09What is your piece of advice?

02:11I mean, does one have to go to a doctor?

02:14Yes.

02:15What should one do?

02:18Definitely, if you see or notice that there are changes that you can't seem to explain,

02:24definitely with anything, don't make it last.

02:28Seek medical advice.

02:30Go to a doctor.

02:31Because there are things that we can't explain.

02:33Whether it's sudden weight gain, hair fall, or hot flashes,

02:38don't think too much about what you ate.

02:44If you feel already that there's something going on in your body,

02:48go see a doctor.

02:50It's better for you to be able to grasp it.
