WATCH: Top property stories in March

00:00March was a really big month in property in Canberra, so let's rehash some of the favourite
00:03stories of you, our readers.
00:05The most read story that we had in March was about Tallagandra Hill Winery being up for
00:10sale.
00:11Now, this winery just outside of Canberra is really well known for its live music scene,
00:15but for its grapes and particularly Shiraz as well.
00:18The owners are hoping to sell to have a bit more time with family, including splitting
00:22their time between here and Ireland.
00:25It is expected that Expressions of Interest will close in mid-April for that property.
00:29Our readers have also loved having a squiz inside the house of former Home Affairs boss
00:32Mike Pizzullo.
00:34His five-bedroom, six-bathroom, mug-away mansion is on the market, because he and his wife
00:39Lynn say that they're ready to downsize.
00:41The fact that Mr. Pizzullo lost his job a couple of years ago certainly hasn't stopped
00:45the couple and their four kids, it seems, from living fairly lavishly.
00:49You also love the story about the owner of bus construction company Imagine Building
00:52going to Superbowl while his company was in liquidation.
00:56Tim Staines, the owner, said he didn't pay for his plane ticket or the Superbowl himself.
01:01But that event started at about $3,000 USD this year, and so a lot of unsecurated creditors
01:06were pretty angry.
01:07Some of them claim that they're owed hundreds of thousands of dollars.
