Yorkshire Fisheries Food Review.

00:00Hello my name is Luke Patrick I'm a reporter for the Blackpool Gazette. I've
00:03just got back from the Yorkshire Fisheries here in Blackpool and being
00:06from Yorkshire myself I felt that this was somewhere I absolutely had to try. I
00:10ordered the regular haddock and chips with curry sauce and it was amazing. The
00:14batter was nice and crispy and the fish was very soft and just melted in your
00:18mouth so I really thoroughly enjoyed that. The chips were nice and soft and
00:22fluffy on the inside and the curry sauce had a bit more spice than I was
00:26expecting it to but it was still very very nice lots of flavour and worked
00:30well with the chips and the fish. I had salt and vinegar with it as well which
00:34added lots of flavour but it was not too overpowering either like none of the
00:39aspects of the dish were too overpowering and it worked they all
00:42worked really really well together so yeah Yorkshire Fisheries I think is
00:46gonna be somewhere I'm definitely looking forward to going back to.
