-Sugar 1/2 cup ( Cheeni ) -Butter 1 tbsp ( Makhan ) -Milk 1/4 cup ( Doodh )

Chopped pistachios ( Pista )
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a frying add butter let it melts then add all purpose flour for 5 -7 mins then add milk and keep stirring. -There should be no lumps in mixture. -Blend the mixture if there is any mixture. -Add sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved on low flame. -Add butter and cook for a min. -The mixture should be smooth and in thick consistency. -Transfer this mixture into 5 inch pan and let it cool. -Take a frying pan add sugar and caramelised the sugar on low flame then add butter and milk and mix it well. -Pour this mixture to pudding and keep in refrigerate for 2 -3 hours. -Garnish with chopped pista. -Enjoy with your family and friends.
