00:44It has the largest economy, the strongest army, so you count it as a hard state.

00:48In our opinion, North Korea has become a hard state.

00:52I am saying that let's take the issue of 92 billion and leave the rest.

00:57If Wafaaq, the government of Balochistan and the current government can't solve this issue,

01:05then everything will become a joke.

01:07What will the other issues solve?

01:09If the issue of levies could not be solved, then we are talking about non-issues.
