Media, creative arts practitioners receive contributions at raya event

Some 50 members of the creative arts fraternity and 26 media practitioners received contributions in the form of cash, festive clothing and shopping vouchers in conjunction with Ramadan and the coming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. 00:00Since it was introduced in April 2023,

00:04so far, Tabung Kasih at Hawana has provided benefits to 341 media practitioners.

00:11For media practitioners in the film industry,

00:16FINAS has implemented various programs and charity initiatives,

00:21including Ziarah Seni Madani, which was introduced last year.

00:25To this day, as many as 50 artists have benefited from this initiative.

00:34Today, especially for artists and veterans,

00:38we will receive a donation of cash from FINAS,

00:42Raya clothes from Deco Guru Builders in Berhad.

00:49You all got it, I didn't. I have to go buy it.

00:52Why didn't I get it? It's okay.

00:55Meanwhile, media practitioners will receive a donation of cash from Tabung Kasih at Hawana.

01:02To all 76 media practitioners,

01:0626 media practitioners and 50 artists

01:09will also receive vouchers from Maiden and Aeon Malaysia Foundation.

01:15This program is a reflection of the aspirations of the Madani government

01:23that emphasizes the principle of charity, concern and empowerment of humanity.

01:29This initiative proves the government's appreciation for the large donation

01:33given by artists and veterans,

01:36and the important role played by media practitioners in society.

01:45will open opportunities for us to communicate more often,

01:52so that I can find a better way to help you all.
