00:10During the event, Communications Minister Freddy Náñez explained that there is a militarization

00:18Furthermore, Náñez stated that with new technologies, the Olympic brain is activated

00:25The Venezuelan official also reported that the workshop deals with the most advanced

00:29concepts in political and sociological terms.

00:40We see two things here.
