00:00This is a moment of reaffirmation of how the Venezuelan people wants to defend its democracy,
00:08that it's been at risk for so many years for the simple fact that the far-right and also their allies in the U.S.
00:20and the allies of the United States in the Western Hemisphere do not want to listen to the people's voice,
00:28do not want to defend the country, they do not want to develop the country,
00:34they only want to take advantage of the resources of the country which are greatly massive and important for the region and the world
00:42because Venezuela has the greatest reservoir of oil in the planet.
00:49And this is not a simple fact.
00:53There are very clear intentions behind all the attempts that have been carried out by the extreme right wing
01:02with the complicity of many countries, also with governments from the very far extremist, far right wing.
01:11This is a moment in which Venezuela is saying no to these intentions,
01:15is saying no to the attempts to destabilize the economic sector,
01:19to destabilize the social life of Venezuelans who are also very joyful people,
01:25who are amicable people.
01:27And in spite of the economic warfare that the country is going through,
01:33numbers speak out, speak volumes,
01:36because Venezuela has managed to grow economically for the past years
01:41in spite of the sanctions that are being imposed to the country
01:45because Venezuela is not alone
01:47and also because Venezuela has a resilience that is shown,
01:52that is, it is translated into social and community projects
01:59that are being used in a large scale,
02:03for example, for the self-sufficiency of their, of agriculture,
02:10for the development of agriculture in the country
02:14to become a sustainable country
02:17that can provide their own products,
02:22to provide to the people.
02:25And this is only possible because there are also very much initiatives
02:31in the communes that are being multiplicated along the country.
02:36And this is a moment precisely for this purpose,
02:40to defend what Venezuela has achieved
02:43in spite of all the obstacles that it's been facing for many years,
02:49in spite of the violence that has been promoted
02:52by the far right wing,
02:56led by several people with different names,
03:00but the same idea of taking advantage of the resources of Venezuela,
03:06of taking advantage of the resources that are destined,
03:12that should be destined for the people
03:14and for the economic growth of the country
03:16because it has the capacity to do so
03:19but has so many, so many sanctions imposed
03:23that it's a little bit harder for other countries in the world
03:30to achieve an economic stability.
03:36But in spite of all this,
03:38Venezuela has been able to do so,
03:40has been able to reach a moment
03:42in which there are numbers
03:47that prove that Venezuela is reaching its own development
03:52in its own very own ways
03:54and also is being respected worldwide.
03:59And we could see that during the tour
04:01that President Nicolás Maduro offered to Russia
04:04and how he was received as the President
04:07of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
04:10and he received all the honours
04:12and also all the gratitude of the Russian people
04:16and all those who attended to this event
04:20that marked, in this occasion,
04:23marked the 80th anniversary of the great victory
04:26against fascism and Nazism
04:30by the Soviet Union in 1945.
04:34So, we could see this.
04:37This means that Venezuela is not alone
04:40and this visit to Russia is a proof of it
04:45because President Nicolás Maduro
04:47held bilateral meetings with several leaders worldwide
04:50and he's always being received
04:52with such gratitude and respect
04:56and there was a common idea
04:58in all these bilateral meetings
05:00and in this moment
05:03and it was that Venezuela is very respected
05:07because it is a dignified nation
05:09that is facing the most atrocious economic war
05:12ever experienced
05:14precisely perhaps only compared
05:18to the struggle that Cuba is having
05:20towards because of the economic sanctions
05:27also imposed by the US
05:28and the hostilities imposed
05:30to that island nation
05:32but Venezuela is suffering deeply
05:37these economic sanctions
05:38but also is proving its resilience
05:42its ways to move on
05:46and to sort off all these obstacles
05:50that have been imposed
05:51and also how every electoral process
05:55in the country
05:55and every crucial political moment
05:58in the country
05:58has been widely seen
06:01by the whole world
06:02that is paying such an attention
06:05that is not received
06:07in other nations
06:08in other electoral processes
06:09in other countries around the world
06:11it is Venezuela
06:12because Venezuela represents this
06:15represents a change
06:16represents a society
06:18a society that is building
06:20from the inside to the outside
06:22that is building
06:23based on the respect
06:27also based on the initiatives
06:33that the communes are promoting
06:36alongside the people
06:38the communes are basically
06:40the base of the communities
06:43the base of the country
06:45and this could be dangerous
06:48for many of those leaders
06:51of the far right
06:52that are trying to impose
06:55an economic order in the world
06:56that is the opposite of this
07:00so as we mentioned
07:03this is a crucial moment
07:05for Venezuelans
07:06this is a crucial moment
07:08that is proving
07:11that Venezuelans
07:13are willing to keep
07:15fighting for their sovereignty
07:17to keep fighting
07:19for their migrants abroad
07:21and for their safe return
07:23of all of those
07:24who are suffering
07:25the consequences
07:27of a xenophobic campaign
07:30promoted by the leader
07:32of the United States
07:33Venezuelans are joined
07:36are united today
07:38because of this
07:39because of what the government
07:41has been representing
07:43for them
07:44for the past years
07:45a government
07:46that has been representing
07:48resilience
07:50in spite of the obstacles
07:53has been showing
07:55that everyone matters
07:57that the most vulnerable
07:59are listened
08:00that those
08:02for example
08:03those families
08:04that are suffering
08:05the consequences
08:06of this economic blockade
08:09and hardship imposed
08:10on the country
08:11and have had to take
08:15the hard decision
08:16to migrate
08:19and now are facing
08:20the consequences
08:22of this xenophobic campaign
08:25and that is violating
08:26the migrants' rights
08:28and also
08:29the people
08:30is precisely seeing
08:31how the government
08:32has been providing
08:33all its support
08:34for their safe
08:36and dignified return
08:37to the country
08:38for their safe
08:39and dignified return
08:40to the country
