00:00Venezuela hosts the high-level workshop on popular government to foster the transformation

00:10Delcy RodrĂ­guez, together with the Ministers of Education, HĂ©ctor RodrĂ­guez,
00:14of Communes and Social Movements, Ángel Prado, of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez,
00:18and the Secretary of the Federal Council of Government, Leonardo Montezuma. It is aimed
00:24at civil servants from public institutions in order to optimize processes to respond
00:29to the people's power in the resolution of the requirements and needs.
00:33The initiative of President NicolĂĄs Maduro is part of the first transformation of the 2025-2031
00:42plan aimed at developing the country. President NicolĂĄs Maduro has already
00:50reflected extensively on where we came from and where we are heading to.
