00:20I'd probably move him a lot down based on that.

00:22And then Bobby Witt Jr.

00:24I guess there's some debate.

00:25Is Otani the number one overall pick in the draft?

00:27Is Bobby Witt the number one overall pick in the draft?

00:29It depends on your format, how you can use Otani.

00:31And if you can't use him in the way you want,

00:33you're probably taking Witt.

00:35Ezekiel Tovar, who really became a superstar last year

00:39for the Colorado Rockies.

00:40So we love that.

00:42And yeah, I mean, I probably can keep going here

00:45a little bit more.

00:46Lindor, Cruz, Neto, Volpe, Rafaela

00:50qualifies at so many positions.

00:51That's why he's valuable there.

00:52But I'll stop there at those 10.

00:55You know, I don't think you can go wrong, by the way,

00:57with a lot of these names here.

00:59I'm very high on Tovar, too.

01:00Playing in Colorado doesn't mean they're going to win.

01:03But he's in a great environment.

01:04He's not blocked by anybody, either.

01:06There's no, like, some silly veteran

01:08that the Rockies have brought in this year to play over.

01:10They're young guys, so that's good.

01:12And you know, I don't think that we've seen the best of O'Neal

01:14Cruz, too.

01:15Like, O'Neal Cruz has had these months

01:17where he's looked like the best fantasy player on the planet

01:20and then drops off, too, if he could ever get

01:22his stuff more consistent.

01:24So this list is phenomenal.

01:25You've got to have somebody good here.

01:28Yeah, this might be, like I said,

01:29if you ever chose me to shortstop

01:31in your second baseman there, you

01:33might want to choose second base because shortstop

01:35is definitely deeper here.

01:37You said we start with Bobby Witt,

01:39who's probably no worse than your third overall pick.

01:43Most of the mock drafts I've done so far.

01:47I mean, Otani is still going number one.

01:50He's not going to steal as many bases as he did last year,

01:52but he's still going number one, judge two,

01:54and then Witt is three.

01:55I think Witt over judge don't really have an issue with it.

01:57I think judge gets a little of an edge there,

01:59A, because of the power, and B, because outfield.

02:02We generally start at least four,

02:03a lot of leagues, five of these guys.

02:05So that might be why judge gets the advantage there.

02:07Witt's there.

02:08You mentioned all the other players.

02:09It's deep.

02:10I'll wait.

02:22He missed, I think, 40 games last year or so,

02:24and he was the number one fantasy pick last year,

02:26Trey Turner.

02:28Like, Trey Turner is, you know, if he doesn't miss,

02:32if he doesn't miss 40 games, he's 30-30.

02:35He's, I don't know where.

02:37We don't even have him on this list,

02:39and he gets hurt a lot as well, but he's also a top,

02:42you know, this is, I think, a lot of these,

02:45Why, well, why are you, but here's what I don't understand.

02:50Like, don't you want to have, like,

02:52don't you have to secure yourself one of,

02:54like, by the way, if you're playing roto leagues,

02:56like, why not take two of these guys,

02:58one at short, one at middle infield?

03:02You're going to eat at second base or first base.

03:09You can win at shortstop.

03:13O'Neal Cruz is listed at the 14th best shortstop,

03:15which is nuts, by the way.

03:16I'll take O'Neal Cruz as my starting shortstop,

03:18and if that allows me to get Matt Olsen at first base,

03:21if that allows me to get, you know,

03:23I guess second base is a little tougher,

03:25but Marcus Semien at second base,

03:26I think I'd rather have that than get,

03:28you know, Bobby Witt at shortstop,

03:30and then all of a sudden I'm down to

03:32Pat Gattino at first base.

03:33I'm down to, you know, Arias at second base.

03:36It comes down to how you look at it,

03:38how your strategy is.

03:39To me, shortstop is deep.

03:40I don't mind waiting and getting a good

03:42but not great shortstop

03:44if it allows me to get much better second baseman

03:47and end to a first baseman.

03:49Okay, so the second part of this list,

03:51I mean, to your point, like C.J. Abrams,

03:53if he was my starting shortstop to start the season,

03:55I'd be happy with it, too.

03:56I know he had, you know,

03:58some serious issues with the team last year,

04:00but at least from, look,

04:02I don't know what to believe with reports,

04:04but it all smiles and it seems,

04:05I mean, to me, he is a superstar also,

04:08so I don't want to dismiss that.

04:10Swanson had a big time down year last year.

04:13Willie Castro had a big time up year.

04:15Peña from his rookie year was down to the next.

04:17There's Turner, who we mentioned.

04:19I, by the way, would bump Turner

04:22way up there on Trey Turner.

04:25Paul DeYoung, who's not signed,

04:27who, if I'm not mistaken,

04:29did DeYoung get, he got traded at the end of last year?

04:32Was it Toronto?

04:34I can't recall, but either way,

04:35he was fantastic when he got traded

04:38and he kind of resurrected his career a little bit.

04:40Corey Seager was hurt for a lot of the year.

04:42Mason Wynn, Josh Smith, Jose Caballero.

04:46You got to be careful with those guys from Tampa Bay.

04:47You don't know how much they're going to play,

04:49so yeah, I mean, I guess to your point,

04:51it's pretty deep and I don't see a lot of drop off

04:53from those first 10 to the Turners

04:56and maybe Peña has a bounce back season too.

04:59You mentioned Corey Seager.

05:00I think that's a good call by you too.

05:01Mason Wynn, second year could be better as well,

05:04but I want to make sure I get a good one here.

05:07Who do you like, by the way, from the bounce back list here?

05:09From Swanson, show that again, Sam.

05:12From Swanson and Seager,

05:15I guess those would be bounce back candidates, right?

05:19I mean, I like Seager a lot.

05:21I do, but he gets hurt an awful lot as well.

05:24I think Texas as a whole is going to have a bounce back season,

05:27you know, where they can maybe even win that division,

05:28make the playoffs here.

05:29But Seager would be the guy,

05:30if we're going to include him as a bounce back, sure,

05:33but he's that guy,

05:34cranks me in the back of my head, 130 games,

05:38you know, I'm not getting 150.

05:39I'm not getting anywhere near 160.

05:41He's going to, I want a guy who needs that one day a week off,

05:44you know, to manage his body, you know,

05:47and the man swings hard, by the way.

05:48He's not getting cheated on his swings at all here,

05:50but Corey Seager, the guy I would take a shot at,

05:53as far as a bounce back season.
