00:00The Bureau of Plant Industry requested the Bureau of Customs to postpone the release of 11 container vans that arrived in Manila's South Harbor.

00:10It was discovered during a spot inspection that there was a misdeclaration in the contents of a shipment, especially the frozen taro sticks.

00:17It contained frozen mackerel.

00:19According to Gerald Glen, a BPI official, the BOC is now alerted about the 550 metric tons of frozen food products.

00:28Henrik Ekson also mentioned the Plant Quarantine Service that violates the importation regulations of the shipment.

00:35Agriculture Secretary Francisco Chulaurel warned the smugglers that they must implement the Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act
