00:0036 members of the New People's Army surrendered in Bukidnon, Camacaylan.

00:1436 members of the NPA surrendered carrying 54 high-powered firearms

00:20and an M60 machine gun to soldiers of the 4th or 3rd Brigade,

00:244th Infantry Division in the province of Bukidnon.

00:28One of them is Arnel Arcaya, who shared his experience

00:31while joining an armed group and the decision to return to the government.

00:37What we did here, we did a lot of observation here,

00:40we didn't want to harm the family.

00:43I just want to say that,
