00:39Dubai's Tourism Authority has launched the Bypass, a prepaid card that provides tourists

00:44access to over 30 attractions in the city.

00:47Available from May 16, the Bypass will grant cash-free access to top venues such as Burj

00:53Khalifa, Dubai Parks and Resorts, IMG World of Adventures and Ski Dubai. The packages

00:58start from 389 dirhams for a range of options.
