00:14Tuesday by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime

00:22Spread over 3.5 million square meters, the project will be developed and managed by Wasil

00:28Asset Management in partnership with MGM Resorts.

00:32The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
