00:07The Yemeni government said today it had accepted a UN-proposed peace agreement to end more

00:12than a year of armed conflict, but there had been no word from the rebels.

00:16The announcement by the Saudi-backed government came after a high-level meeting in Riyadh

00:20chaired by Yemeni President Abdel Rabbo Mansour Hadi.

00:24Yemen's Foreign Minister Abdul Malik al-Miklafi, who is leading the negotiating team in Kuwait,

00:29said he had sent a letter to the UN confirming that his government backed the Kuwait agreement.

00:34However, one precondition is that the Iran-backed Houthis and forces loyal to former President

00:39Ali Abdullah Saleh signed the deal by August 7, Miklafi wrote on Twitter.

00:45J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter has once again cast a spell over the world. Fans queued up

00:50last night to get their hands on the eighth instalment of the series, Harry Potter and

00:54the Cursed Child. In Dubai, hundreds of Potterheads from ages 5 to 45 or more dressed in wizard
