00:18eight ministers, including five women. The 29-member cabinet includes eight women and

00:24the two newly created portfolios of happiness and tolerance are held by them. Uhud Khalfan

00:29Al Rumi is Minister of State for Happiness and Sheikh Hulubna Al Qasimi has been named

00:34Minister of State for Tolerance. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown

00:39Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has inspected a guard

00:44of honour at the Rashtrapati Bhavan as he started his three-day visit to India. Indian

00:49Prime Minister Narendra Modi broke protocol as he personally received Sheikh Mohammed

00:54on his arrival in Delhi on Wednesday. Russia has proposed a March 1 ceasefire in Syria,

01:00but Washington believes Moscow is giving itself and the Syrian government three weeks to try

01:05to crush moderate rebel groups. The talk of new ceasefire plans comes as the US, Russia

01:11and more than a dozen other countries meet in Munich today to try to halt five years

01:15of civil war in the Arab country. Liverpool's owners apologised and scrapped controversial

01:21plans to hike Anfield ticket prices after 10,000 fans walked out of the ground in protest

01:27at the weekend. The owners acted after legions of angry Reds fans stormed out of the ground

01:33in the 77th minute of Saturday's home game against Sunderland. The timing reflected the

01:38£77 being asked for the most expensive ticket at the Anfield next season.

01:44The new Harry Potter play will become a new Harry Potter book. Scholastic Inc announced

01:49that a script book of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be published on July 31.

01:54Rowling's Potter website Pottermore.com will release an edition.
