00:00DAP's Hannah Yeoh today hit out at Perak PAS Chief Razman Zakaria for claiming that

00:07she was linked to the Yeoh family of conglomerate YTL Corporation Berhad.

00:12In a brief post on X, the Youth and Sports Minister said that PAS needs to know that

00:17not all Yeohs are related.

00:19She was responding to a video of Razman, the Gunung Semanggol Assemblyman, claiming that

00:24she was the daughter of a rich man and a daughter of YTL.

00:29YTL was founded by the late Yeoh Tiong Lei as a small construction company in 1995 and

00:36is currently headed by his son, Francis.

00:39Yeoh's private secretary, Nur Miswari Ramli, also criticised Razman likening his claim

00:44to that of Kepala Batas MP Siti Masturah Muhammad, who said that DAP veterans Lim Kit Siang,

00:50Lim Guan Eng and Theresa Kok were linked to the late Communist Party of Malaya leader

00:55Chin Ping.

00:56Nur Miswari also noted how PAS leaders have the tendency to assume people are related

01:02just because they share the same surname.

01:05Last year, Siti Masturah was ordered by the High Court to pay the DAP trio a total of

01:11RM750,000 in damages for defamation.
