00:06an 8 percent growth in passengers.
00:09Last April's East Coast earthquake and then-typhoon Kaimi in July both required costly repairs.
00:16But low fares also greatly contributed to the losses.
00:19Given this poor showing in its first year as a corporation, the company plans to discuss
00:23price hikes, possibly in its next board meeting in February.
