00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. led the leadership this past week.

00:12President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. led the 18th Cabinet Meeting in Malacanang

00:18where the changes to the 2025 General Appropriations Act were discussed.

00:23Budget Secretary Amina Pangandaman presented the agencies affected by the budget cuts to the Congress.

00:29These include DPWH, DSWD, DepEd, DOH, PhilHealth, DA, BIFAR, DND, and DOTR.

00:38Here, the President gave a directive to re-examine the funds removed by the Congress,

00:44especially the infrastructure projects and feasibility studies.

00:50On Wednesday, the President and First Lady Luisa Reneta Marcos accepted

00:54the Filipino pride of Sofronio Vazquez III after his victory in The Voice USA Season 26.

01:02The President praised Vazquez's success in giving pride to the Filipinos.

01:07He also proved that Filipinos have a world-class talent.

01:12The President also signed the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers.

01:17The IRR contains 22 guidelines to ensure the proper implementation of the principles of the Magna Carta for Seafarers.

01:26The IRR also includes the main provisions including strengthening seafarers' rights and welfare,

01:32promoting equality and inclusion, advancing maritime education and training, and ensuring accountability.

01:39The President also emphasized the importance of the Magna Carta for Seafarers

01:45to ensure the safety, welfare, and prosperity of the Filipinos.

01:51The Executive Board of the Church Of Christ of Nazarene also held a meeting

01:56where it was decided that faith in God should not be challenged.

02:02It also symbolized the translation that there is no burden that will be heavy

02:06if faith and faith in God will be faced wholeheartedly.

02:10On Friday, the President met with his Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin

02:15and Secretaries Arsenio Balizacan of NEDA,

02:18DBM's Amina Pangandaman,

02:20DSWD's Rex Gatchalian,

02:22and DOLE's Bienvenido Laguesma

02:24to discuss programs and projects under the 2025 National Budget.
