ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର: ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଗ୍ରୀନ ଏକାଡେମୀ, ଗ୍ରୀନ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଂ ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରୀନ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାବ ରଖିବେ ଜଣେ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟ । ଆୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ଦିବସରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟ ଆର୍ ସୀତା ରମଣ ଭାରତ ବର୍ଷରେ ଗ୍ରୀନ ବିପ୍ଳବ ଓଡିଶାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରଖିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ।ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି," ଓଡିଶା ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର ସ୍ଥାନ। ମୁଁ ମୋ ପରିବାର ଓଡିଶା ପ୍ରେମରେ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଐତିହ୍ୟ, ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସମ୍ଭାର ,କଳା ସଂସ୍କୃତି ମହାନ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛା ଭାରତର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ହେଉ । ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରୀନ ରିଭଲ୍ୟୁସନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।ସବୁଜ ଶକ୍ତି ,ସବୁଜ ପରିବେଶ ଉପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରହିଛି ।ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଗ୍ରୀନ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରଖିଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସବୁଜ ବାତାବରଣ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବି ।"ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି,"ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଭାରତୀୟମାନେ ଗ୍ରୀନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ପାଇଁ ପୁଞ୍ଜିନିବେଶ କରିପାରିବେ ।ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଗ୍ରୀନ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କିଂ, ଗ୍ରୀନ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ,ଗ୍ରୀନ ଏକାଡେମୀ,ଗ୍ରୀନ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି, ସୁସ୍ଥ ପରିବେଶ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଚାହୁଁ । ଓଡିଶା ସରକାର ଜାଗା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବେ।ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁକୂଳ ସ୍ଥିତି ରହିଛି । ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବୃହତ୍ ସ୍କୋପ ରହିଛି । ଭାରତରେ ଜନ୍ମ, ଓଡ଼ିଶାରୁ ପିଏଚଡି ଏବଂ ଦୁବାଇ ହେଉଛି କର୍ମକ୍ଷେତ୍ର।ଭାରତ ଆଗକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଗୁରୁ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ଜି 20 ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ଭାରତର ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ହୋଇଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ କଳା ,ସଂସ୍କୃତି,ଐତିହ୍ୟ ମହାନ । ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭାରତର ଦ୍ରୁତ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟିବ ।"ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟ ପଢନ୍ତୁ...‘ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ହବ ହେବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା’ - PRAVASI BHARATIYA DIVASଏହା ମଧ୍ୟ ପଢନ୍ତୁ...ବଦଳିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପଛରେ ନାହିଁ ଭାରତ: ପ୍ରବାସୀ ଡାକ୍ତର - PRAVASI BHARATIYA DIVASଇଟିଭି ଭାରତ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର&nbsp;

02:11India is my country, home country, Odisha, where I developed my own research content on the green banking.

02:19Big opportunity for green India, green banking India, green university in Odisha,

02:26green university in Odisha, green academy, creating green jobs, moving from fossil fuel.

02:33India needs clean air, pan India, not only Odisha, pan India.

02:38We need to transition, we need the transition by 2030.

02:42From there we have to build bigger opportunity for net zero by 2070, as the prime minister said.

02:47So, prime minister economic policies is also converging with the environment policies.

02:53That is very important. Odisha is a place.

02:56So, I am planning to meet the education minister, Sri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji.

03:02Do you have any specific plan regarding investment in education?

03:05Yeah, exactly. I want to have in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as well as here, green academy, green fintech,

03:13green, again, building a university and green banking.

03:17And this is my focus. I am converging on Odisha as well as Tamil Nadu.
