Hello, my name is Paul Harris. I'm the Head of Facilities and Sustainability for Phyllis
00:07
Tuckwell. I'd like to take you on a visual journey of our new hospice build and the progress
00:14
that we've made so far this year up to the start of December 24. First of all, you will
00:21
see some drone footage, which gives you a good overview of the whole site. You'll see
00:26
the inpatient unit bedrooms being formed, the central courtyard space with the planters
00:34
having been built and where the crane is located. You'll see the two-storey section of the building
00:42
completed. We're now going to go on a journey of what
00:53
will be the inpatient unit corridor, the main corridor that wraps around the whole
00:58
of the inpatient unit. And you'll see what will be bedrooms on the left and right-hand
01:04
side of this main corridor. And we're approaching now the end of one of the corridors before
01:10
we do a left-hand turn, where we will go into one of the patient's bedrooms, where you will
01:18
see the large opening on the one end, which will accommodate concertina doors out onto
01:25
private garden space. Here we are walking again through the main corridor space, showing
01:35
the areas that will take you into the main courtyard space and planters. Back into the
01:50
main corridors, again, bedrooms, assisted bathrooms, and facilities for staff and patients
01:56
and families. Now we're returning to the end of the IPU corridor, returning back to
02:20
the two-storey section of the building, where we'll go up one of the new staircases, which
02:30
will take us to the open plan first floor area, which is primarily going to be used
02:36
for staff spaces. This will include a canteen space for staff, veranda, and then into our
02:56
educational training rooms. At the front of the building, we have a large filtration tank that's
03:17
been put underneath what will be the car park, which will store all our water from our roofs.
03:22
And here, a final overview of the inpatient unit area. Thank you.
