00:03This is the message of President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. to Filipinos during this very

00:07special day that Christians celebrate.

00:10The Chief Executive said this occasion is essential to the Christian faith as it celebrates

00:15the birth of the Savior Jesus Christ.

00:17But it is also a time to feel the presence of God through gratitude, kindness and happiness

00:22for all.

00:23Also, the Chief Executive emphasized the Christmas celebration is not only for Christians because

00:28it has become a symbol of thanksgiving even for those of different beliefs.

00:34The leader of the land reminds us all that Christmas is a major reason for families to

00:38come together, therefore it should be celebrated through introspection and reflection on its

00:42true meaning and purpose.

00:44Furthermore, the President wishes the joy and spirit of Christmas to bring love and

00:48peace to every home and foster a deeper relationship with God and one another.

00:53Meanwhile, in the First Family's Christmas video greeting, the highest government officials

00:58said that despite the challenges faced this year, Christmas will push through and will

01:03be celebrated by all Filipinos.
