00:00The Christmas village of Nueva Ecija has been lit up with Christmas lights for the past few decades.

00:15The Christmas capital of Nueva Ecija, the city of San Jose, is once again celebrating its holiday season.

00:23In celebration of Christmas, the city of San Jose is holding a program that brings joy to residents and tourists.

00:32According to San Jose City Tourism Officer Darmo Esquadro,

00:36the program aims to bring joy to the residents and bring joy this Christmas.

00:42Through various activities such as choral competitions, lantern parades,

00:48opening of food bazaars and markets,

00:50and giving opportunities to local vendors.

00:54This is a big thing because Christmas is when the surroundings of the city of San Jose is lit up.

01:03This brings joy to the residents of San Jose and to the visitors.

01:10Aside from the activities, the colorful decorations can also be seen in different parts of the city.

01:17For example, the giant Christmas tree made of rice,

01:21and the 45-feet-high Christmas tree that is not missing in the year of celebration.

01:28Also, the decorations in the main places such as the Family of the City,

01:35City Social Circle, and the Cathedral of San Jose are very noticeable.

01:39The lights of Christmas in New San Jose will last until January 6 next year.

01:46The public continues to be invited to visit the city

01:49to witness the colorful decorations that reflect the joyous celebration of Christmas.
