00:00The Department of Budget and Management increases contractual and job order workers' gratuity
00:06pay from P5,000 to P7,000.
00:09The DBM says the gratuity pay will be given on a prorated basis for those who have rendered
00:14less than four months of satisfactory service as of December 15.
00:18Of these, workers who served at least three months will receive up to P6,000, while those
00:23who served at least two months will receive up to P5,000.
00:27Workers who served for less than two months will receive up to P4,000.
00:31President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. earlier said the government raised the service recognition
00:35incentive from P18,000 to P20,000 this year.
00:40CSRI is an annual financial incentive for well-performing government workers.
