00:12Soto did not mention any names, but his statements were a clear message to Sara and Curly Descaya,

00:30owners of the top-tier Pasig-based St. Gerard Construction General Contractor and Development Corporation.

00:36In 2024, Soto inspected one of St. Gerard's projects near its office in Barangay Bambam, Pasig,

00:42and discovered at least two of its projects didn't have the required permits.

00:46Sara Descaya ran against Soto for the mayoral position in the 2025 elections.

00:51As of this posting, the Descayas could not be reached for comment.

00:54During his inauguration for his third and final term on Monday, June 30, Soto says he has no plans to run in the 2028 elections.
