00:06I picked it up in the third period because I gave up on the Monday night football games

00:09because they both were so atrocious.

00:12What did you think of that hockey game?

00:14You had to have seen that, right?

00:17We were tracking it.

00:18We were watching the two train wreck football games and breaking them down, trying to find

00:24some in-game opportunities.

00:25It wasn't easy how bad those games were.

00:29Real game at Edmonton last night, and it's got to be disappointing.

00:34It's a regular season game, but you just lost to the team that beat you in the Stanley

00:37Cup Finals as well.

00:39You're a day late, a dollar short once again.

00:43And the Florida Panthers step up with a big-time win.

00:46Clearly, they wanted it as well last night.

00:50Fun game.

00:51And then you had the Vancouver Canucks roll the Colorado Avalanche last night and continue

00:56their theme of being a strange home team in which the Canucks seem to lose to bad teams

01:02on their home ice and are beating the good teams on their home ice.

01:05So you know what?

01:07Last night, the NHL was far more entertaining than the National Football League was, but

01:11I said that.

01:12I brought this up last night.

01:14People like to criticize the NBA a lot.

01:16They look at the NBA ratings.

01:17Oh, look.

01:18They're down because of this.

01:19They're down because of that.

01:21If it wasn't for gambling and fantasy football, point blank, who the hell would watch the

01:26Falcons and the Raiders last night?

01:28Right?

01:29I mean, the Bears and the Vikings game wasn't much better.

01:33And did anybody watch the early slate of NFL games on Sunday?

01:36You know, I would rather have gone and dug holes in my backyard with a shovel.

01:43Like it was that bad.

01:45So like all this stuff about, oh, you're on the product of the other leagues and the NBA

01:49product, the product and stuff.

01:51The NBA doesn't really start until Christmas in people's minds.

01:54It's too early for people to care.

01:56And those games were god-awful terrible last night.

02:01And there was a lot of bad football on Sunday, too.
