00:25You can only taste Dinuguan with Gata in Bicol.

00:30But our B-Book researcher, Patrick, is a proud Bicolano.

00:33He has a tip for their favorite dish every Christmas Eve.

00:37This is a must-have dish for Bicolanos,

00:40the Pata Timp.

00:41This is the star of Christmas.

00:43We eat Pata Timp every Christmas Eve

00:46because this became a menu every Christmas.

00:50At Christmas Eve, of course, Embutido is a must.
