Rains bolster confidence at Strathalbyn cattle market

00:00I think probably a little bit stronger than I expected, it was somewhere around where

00:11I'd hoped but you know with the recent rain that I thought it might kick a little bit

00:14which it did. Certainly the heavier feeder type steers have picked up today with some

00:18more of those feed lobbers here, we haven't seen some of them for a while. And the lighter

00:24younger fresher calves unweaned and that sold surprisingly well and I think their freshness

00:28got them through. But they were pretty well soiled after so all in all I was pretty happy

00:32with the sale.
