00:00The Philippine Ports Authority, PPA, issued a memorandum for the preparation of the expected effects of the typhoon in the country.

00:09It is also in accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:14Here are some of the directives for the agencies to carry out pre-disaster assessments.

00:20Coordination with various government agencies such as the Philippine Coast Guard, LDRRMO, and others.

00:28Implement safety protocols such as the implementation of emergency response teams.

00:34Ensure that the lines of communication between the PPA's operations centers and offices are open for the required instructions.

00:44The Philippine Port Operations Bulletin will also be issued to ensure the safety of sea vehicles

00:51and to avoid the risk of damage to the coast and the dangers it may pose to passengers.

00:59According to the latest DOTR data, from 12 o'clock last night until 6 o'clock this morning, this Wednesday,

01:06aside from the two passengers who were reportedly stranded,

01:11no one was injured or injured in the accident.
