00:06A strong storm is coming while the Philippine Area of Responsibility is outside.

00:11According to the forecast, it is still possible for it to enter the PAR and cause heavy rainfall.

00:18The center of the storm was last seen 235 kilometers west of Itbayat, Batanes.

00:25The strong wind will reach up to 240 kilometers per hour as it moves towards Canluran.

00:33Because of this, it is expected that there will be heavy rainfall,

00:36particularly in places like Batanes, Babuyan Islands,

00:41the northern portion of Ilocos Norte, and the northwest portion of mainland Cagayan.

00:45Meanwhile, signal number one in the southern part of Ilocos Norte,

00:50Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet,

00:57the southern part of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, the northern part of Aurora, and Nueva Ecija.

01:04According to the forecast, it is possible for the storm to enter the PAR on Wednesday.

01:12Twelve Filipinos from Lebanon were repatriated on October 3.

01:18According to the Department of Migrant Workers,

01:20the repatriation was postponed because of the temporary suspension of the flights of some international airlines.

01:27This is the result of the ongoing conflict between Israel and the militant Hezbollah.

01:33It is expected that the repatriation will be carried out on September 26.

01:38As of now, the DMW is coordinating with some airlines for the repatriation flights.

01:45According to the DMW, more than 500 Filipinos in Lebanon and their families were repatriated to the Philippines

01:53since October 2023, of which 433 were overseas Filipino workers.
