00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. put the government's agencies on high alert in the face of the storm Marseille.

00:08The executives urged them to have a proper communication system to quickly give assistance to the affected residents.

00:18The President also ordered the DPWH and DOTR to be ready to carry out clearing operations.

00:26According to the President, rescue equipment is also on high alert to quickly carry out rescue operations.

00:34It should also be a round-the-clock maintenance of rivers and other waterways.

00:40Protocols on dams should be followed in case of potential flooding.

00:48The President also urged relief goods to be in a safe place to be distributed to victims of the storm.

00:55President R. Marcos Jr. also thanked healthcare workers who are now on high alert to provide medical attention to those in need.
