00:16President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the situation briefing here in Antipolo City in the province of Rizal,

00:23which is one of the severe effects of Hurricane Enteng.

00:27The Executive Board was surprised by the effects of the hurricane in the province,

00:31which is considered to be the worst in terms of population.

00:34Because of this, there are more developments in the province,

00:37which is why the mountains and valleys are flooded.
