Kids, different animals eat different kinds of food.

Animals like cows, goats, horses, giraffes, zebras, camels, and elephants eat grass, leaves, and other parts of the green plants.

These animals are called plant-eating animals, and also they are called herbivores.

Some animals like wolves, tigers, and lions eat the flesh of other animals.

Such animals are called flesh-eating animals, or carnivores.
