00:15August in which the presidential candidates appeared except for one, Edmundo Gonzalez
00:25Urrutia who was absent disregarding the summons of the Supreme Court of Justice and demonstrating
00:42his disrespect of the Venezuelan state and institutions represented by the Republic.
