00:50Wan Kamarul said initial investigations found that the 12-year-old boy had taken his two

00:54younger brothers, aged 4 and 6, for a drive in a Perodua Viva around the residential area

00:59at about 8 p.m. last Sunday. The case is being investigated under Section 39 Sub 1 of the
