04:58Prior to this, the law on terrorism on Tehreek-e-Labbaik was banned under Role 11 of 1997.
05:05In the Faizabad Dharna case, questions have been raised in relation to the foreign funding of the Jamaat.
05:10On 1st November, 2023, in the Faizabad Dharna Nazar Sani case,
05:13Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Issa had expressed disdain on the election commission's lawyer
05:18that Tehreek-e-Labbaik received foreign funding of Rs 15 lakhs.
05:21The election commission itself believes that it received foreign funding of Rs 15 lakhs
05:24or that Rs 15 lakhs would be a small amount for the election commission.
05:27For me, this is a lot of money.
05:28The Chief Justice had also said that Tehreek-e-Labbaik did not get a single round figure in the details of I-Funding.
05:34It is obvious that this funding has come from abroad.
05:36The currency has been changed and not a single round figure has been made.
05:39The Chief Justice had also asked the election commission's lawyer
05:42how the party gets registered in one night.
05:45Let's see where are the identification cards of 2000 people with the party's registration.
05:50Tehreek-e-Labbaik's existence, along with deep suspicions,
05:53the political attitude of this Jamaat and the political character of this Jamaat
05:56has been seen by the state many times with suspicious eyes,
05:59despite this, negotiations have been made.
06:01For the preservation of the law of the Holy Prophet,
06:03there was a rally on the shrine of Allama Iqbal,
06:05then a protest on D-Chowk,
06:06then an election act in 2017,
06:08a protest in Mujawaza Tarmeem in Faizabad.
06:10As a result of this protest, the resignation of the Minister of Law Zahid Hamid,
06:13then a protest on the boycott of the French ambassador's country Badri
06:16and the French fabrications.
06:18And recently, a protest was held in Faizabad against the Israeli war against Jariyat.
06:23In the court of Amir Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan,
06:25Tehreek-e-Labbaik has been a headache for both governments
06:29and the state has been bowing down to the demands every time.
06:32With this resentful attitude,
06:34the political power that Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan yields is also, unto itself, a big reality.
06:41Tehreek-e-Labbaik, in the 2018 election,
06:43emerged as the country's fifth and the third largest political party in Punjab.
06:47In the 2018 election,
06:49Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan took 23 lakh votes and created a stir in the political arena.
06:54Then, in the recent 2024 elections,
06:56Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan's vote bank increased by 5 lakh votes
07:00and took 28,89,000 votes.
07:02The general impression is that in the absence of Muslim League Noon and Tehreek-e-Insaf,
07:06Tehreek-e-Labbaik, especially in Punjab,
07:09can fill their vacuum.
07:11But, the strange thing is that the state,
07:13which today has a strict attitude towards the opposition,
07:16yesterday was even ready to give strength to this community.
07:19In the past, during the era of General Qamar Javed Bajwa,
07:21a big session was held with the journalists.
07:24During this session, the famous journalists of the country were told
07:27that Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan has to be brought to the mainstream.
07:30But when the journalists took this question and reached the then Prime Minister Imran Khan,
07:34then Imran Khan replied in two words
07:36that instead of promoting this community, we will have to take action against it.
07:40In Pakistani politics, as the fifth largest force,
07:43the threat of killing the Chief Justice of the country from the side of Naib Ameer of this party,
07:48is a very scary statement.
07:50The state has to stand up and challenge the state.
07:54And in the past, important representatives of the state have become targets of such threats.
07:58The loyal minister Ahsan Iqbal was shot in the head and severely injured.
08:02The loyal private minister Shibaz Bhatti was shot and killed in Islamabad.
08:07In Sialkot, Sri Lankan factory manager was killed for insulting the religion.
08:11There are hundreds of such stains on the state,
08:14that in the presence of courts, law and the constitution,
08:17hundreds of people have gathered in unresponsive attitudes and fatwas.
08:20In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's district of Khurram,
08:22for the past six days,
08:24more than 60 citizens have been killed and 180 people have been injured
08:28in religious and sectarian disputes.
08:31The conflict between the two tribes has taken on a religious color,
08:36and 60 people have been killed in the midst of it.
08:39New weapons and missiles are being fired at each other from both sides,
08:44and the central city of Parachinar is closed for traffic.
08:48The state is standing on such a gunpowder for sensitive matters such as religion,
08:53where a small disturbance and a little carelessness can turn the whole country into a pile of ashes.
09:01And in such an atmosphere,
09:03the fatwas of murder on behalf of the Naib Amir of a political party,
09:06are the biggest question mark in front of the state.

09:14Tahir Ashrafi sir, thank you very much for being with us.
09:16Please say that states run under some laws and regulations.
09:20It is not possible that you do not like any policy of the state,
09:23any action of the state or any decision of the court.
09:26So let's stand in a full gathering and decide the price of the head of the judge of the state.
09:32In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
09:34We praise and bless the Messenger of Allah.
09:37You are absolutely right.
09:39The decision of the Supreme Court,
09:42there are certainly reservations and disagreements on it.
09:46And even in the past,
09:48large communities have disagreed with the Supreme Court's decisions.
09:52But this style of action is not correct in any way.
09:56And secondly, I want to make it clear that
09:59the Ulema of the world agree on the fact that
10:03the decision of the death of any person
10:06or the price of the head of any person
10:08is the responsibility of the state.
10:10The state will look at the reasons for it,
10:13will look at its crime,
10:15will look at its reasons
10:18that a person should stand up and hang the head of another person,
10:22issue a fatwa for his murder.
10:24And the fatwa can be issued by Mukhti,
10:27the fatwa can be issued by a common maulvi,
10:30who is free from the fear of the state,
10:32or the imam khateeb of a mosque,
10:34or the priest of a dargah.
10:37They also have the right to issue it.
10:40So I think this is a very big injustice.
10:43And especially I want to say that
10:45all the struggles for the end of prophethood
10:49are peaceful struggles.
10:51They are within the scope of law and order.
10:54Till date, no Ulema of the world
10:57have issued such a fatwa,
11:00or issued such a fatwa.
11:02So this is an unacceptable thing,
11:05which should not be accepted.
11:07But Mr. Tahir Ashish, please tell us,
11:09why is it so easy to pick up a stick or a gun,
11:11and attack the state?
11:13Yes, if the decision is not accepted.
11:15The decision is in the public domain.
11:17It should be challenged.
11:18It should be protested against.
11:19The court should be knocked on the door again and again.
11:21But the right to strangle the state law
11:24has become so ordinary and so easy.
11:27Anyway, why is it so easy to have this right
11:31in a free state?
11:35Actually, our state and our government
11:39have become so weak due to their own problems
11:42and their own actions,
11:45that they can do whatever they want.
11:48And our problems come in front of them.
11:51And as a result of that,
11:53we have to suffer a lot.
11:55And we are suffering a lot.
11:57In the last 42-43 years,
11:59we are in a state of war,
12:01both inside and outside our country.
12:03And its effects are evident in this way.
12:07It is the responsibility of the state
12:09that when someone takes the law of the state in his hands
12:12or challenges the state,
12:14then there is no one more merciful than the state
12:17and there is no one more strict than the state.
12:20Because in our country,
12:21our interests, our national interests
12:24or the policies of the state
12:26have become dominant over it.
12:29And as a result of that,
12:31we see, you see,
12:33that in the case of the people of Pakistan,
12:35all the scholars and scholars of the world
12:38have agreed that
12:41any kind of fatwa,
12:43or especially the fatwa of murder,
12:45or the fatwa of killing,
12:46or the fatwa of kufr,
12:47will be given by the state.
12:49Then how can anyone speak against it?
12:52But sir, tell me,
12:53do you think this is the personal statement
