00:00As usual, we provide a space for the organization to give views, suggestions and suggestions
00:16so that we can plan a more thoughtful expenditure on the side to understand the wishes of the
00:25community, the community, the members of the community, including the Aka Rumbi organization.
00:31The third fiscal year 2025 will be as easy as that, but with the aim of increasing,
00:45to carry out continuous innovation in order to achieve the economic goals of the city.
00:54Last year, as I have stated, we have launched a civil economy to enrich the people as the main
01:06foundation, bringing innovation, but of course it also needs to be a policy to correct the
01:20structural problems of the country.
01:22Therefore, a few steps have been taken, such as the Fiscal Responsibility Act,
01:28the move to an additional role for the State Audit Office to monitor the financial risks,
01:38continuous steps to improve management standards.
01:42These are the prerequisites before we can implement them effectively.
01:48And this is what we emphasize about raising the ceiling so that the structure of the
01:56entire economy in promoting growth, meaning creativity, competitiveness, digitalization,
02:04the field of artificial intelligence and also reforms in public services in general.
02:14Because we cannot expect a long-term approach to achieve new approaches or new foundations.
02:26This is what I always say about reaching the sky with all new efforts and initiatives,
02:32but it must be rooted in the earth.
02:34If we remain rooted in the earth, we cannot reach the sky.
02:40If we are detached from traditions and culture, it will cause tension.
02:46Then, besides raising the ceiling, we also need to raise the floor.
02:52This is our main challenge.
02:54If not, we will destroy growth but the people below will be left behind.
03:00I have seen the effects of the worries of the people, especially the villages or the poor
03:06in Bandau and Pedalaman, because they cannot feel the pleasure of the changes that we have witnessed.
03:24So, of course, I would like to start by appreciating the colleagues involved,
03:30including the authorities, so that they can be more effective and effective.
03:38Public officials are more efficient.
03:42We want to implement the salary plan, but we cannot wait to implement it if there are no changes.
03:50Real, clear reforms in terms of ensuring efficiency, avoiding leaks, corruption and corruption.
04:00Although we have made some changes, I think there is still a lot of room for improvement.
04:11So, I admit, Alhamdulillah, the initial achievements are indeed recognized.
04:19S&P Global Ratings and Fish Ratings maintain a stable balance of Malaysia's state credit,
04:28A- and BB+.
04:33KDNK growth in the first quarter of 2024 was 4.2%,
04:42compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, which recorded 3%.
04:48This boosted the confidence in the first quarter.
04:54Third, the recovery of goods exports grew 5.2% in the first quarter of 2024,
05:08up 50.2% compared to an 8.1% recovery for 2023.
05:18Fourth, the FBMK LCI stock index surpassed 1,600 points,
05:26and the value of the domestic equity market has broken the highest in history,
05:33at Rp2 trillion.
05:36Fifth, the highest direct investment achievement in 2023,
05:44domestic and foreign, at Rp3.29.5 billion,
05:54at 23% higher than in 2022.
06:03So, the third fiscal year of 2025,
06:08of course, must remain in line with the main objectives that are to be achieved in the fiscal year.
06:15First, how can we plan further efforts to increase the ceiling,
06:21restructure the economy,
06:25so that we can reach the stage of achieving the main economy in Asia.
06:33Earlier in the morning in the Parliament,
06:36I announced that in addition to continuing with APEC, CTPP,
06:41and FTA, and also EU FTA, which we continue to vote,
06:49we have also agreed to look at the possibility of a BRIC for the Global South,
06:59and on the other hand, we are also considering the possibility of joining OECD.
07:11So, we have BRIC, we have APEC,
07:14and all working together with America and Europe,
07:20we have to enter the BRIC,
07:24because this is the new Global South power,
07:28with 26% of the world market,
07:32and we will also be with Thailand and Indonesia to see the possibilities together in OECD.
07:40This is to open up as much space as possible for entrepreneurs, traders, and investors,
07:47both internally and externally, to benefit from the ease of life.
07:53Then, the implementation of high-value activities,
07:59such as E&E, competition, including industries such as oil,
08:07but also leaping to digital and automation,
08:12then in the field of high growth, including AI.
08:20How should we do it?
08:24This is why we have a dialogue.
08:26If I give all the answers, there is no need to listen to the views of my fellow countrymen.
08:31So, we will listen to the views of my fellow countrymen,
08:34to see how we can work together to improve our efforts.
08:39On the other hand, our concerns about poverty,
08:44poverty as much as possible, we will solve it in 10 countries.
08:50At the end of July, God willing, we will solve it,
08:53with the aim of eliminating poverty.
08:57But relative poverty still exists,
09:00and there may be a few percent of poverty left that must be handled.
09:07Then, the basic feelings,
09:10ensuring the end of education,
09:12the ease of health must be improved.
09:15And the problem that should cause our concerns
09:21is also about concern,
09:25concern about the increase in the cost of living,
09:28which cannot be marginalized.
09:30Relatively, the most important materials in Malaysia are cheaper.
09:36Oil, sugar, flour, what else?
09:42In Malaysia, there is no petrol, diesel or cooking oil,
09:50it is much cheaper than in Malaysia.
09:52But it cannot deny the fact that the cost of living is still pressing as a majority of the population.
10:01So, we must also think of new methods,
10:05such as eliminating cartels or monopolies,
10:09or avoiding poverty,
10:11so that the return will return to the people,
10:16in terms of direct financial grants,
10:19such as STR,
10:21or special assistance for the poorest, such as AISARA,
10:26or establishing, which I give priority,
10:30the field of health and education.
10:34So, that's all my introduction,
10:37and we will continue to listen to the views of the people.
10:43I feel to make it easier,
10:45so that we don't have to follow the protocol of YBH.
10:49All of the YBH members are here,
10:52so we must continue to question.
